“I was injured with a stress fracture this semester and so I was unable to compete or train for the cross country team. On the bright side I advanced my coursework towards completion of a Master’s degree so I will graduate with a double major in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics and a Master’s in Computer Science. It was my strongest academic semester in college even though it was my most difficult, having taken six graduate computer science courses at once.
I will also be working at BTI360 in Herndon, VA outside of D.C. upon graduation as a Software Engineer II having been promoted ahead of time due to my advancement in education, as well as my performance during my internship.
I couldn’t have done any of these things without the amazing aid provided by the Tin Whistles, and I hope to continue upholding the organization’s values in all that I do! Thank you so much for all you do for all of us Scholars and wishing for a wonderful 2026!”
